Lisa Russell, an accomplished teacher and black belt in Traditional Kung Fu, has been training for more than a decade. She has created and presented several workshops including: Basic Self Defense, Woman’s Self Defense and Tai Chi programs.

She has worked with Schools, Community Centers, Chambers of Commerce and Girl Scout troops, passing on self defense skills.

Featured in The Journal News and Edgewater Times with TV appearances including RNN - TV and Time Warner.

She is affiliated with Chinese Martial Arts & Educational Center in Pleasantville, NY and now teaches seminars, private and semi-private lessons.
